About the role
The Store Manager – Workshop will lead the daily operations of a restaurant and its take‑away service, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service and profitability. Reporting to senior management, the role combines operational oversight with staff leadership and commercial focus.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall operation of the restaurant and take‑away, maintaining PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Manage stock control, purchasing and order processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, maintaining service standards.
- Drive profitability by meeting sales and gross‑profit targets and motivating the team.
- Recruit, train, schedule and discipline staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and execute daily opening and closing procedures.
- Implement marketing promotions and incentive programmes at the store.
- Maintain structured staff meetings and development programmes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
- Demonstrated management and organisational abilities.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
