Store Manager – Retail (Johannesburg, Gauteng)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Store Manager to lead our Johannesburg location. You will own the store’s performance, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets, promoting add‑ons, GP and other revenue streams.
• Oversee inventory controls, manage stock levels and align availability with customer demand.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, act on mystery shopper reports and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train, develop and motivate staff, manage performance, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, handle daily administration such as cash‑ups, safe checks and maintain accurate records.
