Stock Replenisher – Retail Merchandising (Durban)

About the role

We are hiring a Stock Replenisher for retail merchandising in Durban. The role involves coordinating supplier accounts, forecasting demand, and managing product lifecycle to ensure optimal inventory and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier accounts and system processes to optimise ordering patterns, frequency, and profitability.
• Perform item parameter and data analysis to support accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including promotional planning and replenishment activities.
• Place supplier purchase orders to achieve target inventory levels while maintaining service level agreements.
• Monitor and maintain service level deliverables, manage forecasting exceptions, and lead project management initiatives.

Required profile

• Hold a B.Com degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Possess at least two years of relevant experience in stock replenishment, retail merchandising, or supply chain operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including handling large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
