Special Events Assistant

About the role

The Special Events Assistant will support the Special Events Department in Polokwane, handling logistics, branding activations and on‑site customer interactions for Coca‑Cola events.

Key responsibilities

• Driving, operating and maintaining roadshow and delivery trucks for event logistics.
• Playing appropriate music genres to suit market preferences during events.
• Managing stock deliveries and collections associated with events.
• Assisting with the execution of event branding and equipment activations following best practices.
• Following daily schedules, providing customer service and representing CCBSA positively in public settings.

Required profile

• Talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Special Events Assistant role.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate and maintain event vehicles.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to represent the brand professionally.
