Software Engineer (Multi-Language) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a remote Software Engineer with strong multi-language expertise to evaluate and improve coding challenges used in technical interviews. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and the opportunity to shape high‑quality interview content for an AI‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, review, and validate coding challenges and solutions across Python, JavaScript, TypeScript and Go.
• Identify inefficiencies and ensure solutions follow best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AI‑generated interview materials.
• Provide constructive feedback on code correctness, efficiency, maintainability and documentation.
• Support the development, review and optimisation of API integrations and data‑structure implementations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a software engineer.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and clean‑code principles.
• Experience with code review, debugging and software design.
• Familiarity with version‑control systems, especially Git.
