Social Media Operator – Performance Marketing (Meta Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a highly execution‑focused Paid Social Operator to manage performance‑driven campaigns on Meta platforms and expand into emerging channels. The role sits within a fast‑growing digital marketing business that provides strong creative, data and technical support, allowing you to concentrate on launching, testing, optimizing and scaling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Launch new campaigns quickly and iterate based on performance data.
• Scale monthly ad spend while maintaining CPA, ROI and ROAS targets.
• Identify growth opportunities across audiences, creatives, geographies and platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, data and technical teams.
• Expand campaigns to Snapchat, TikTok and Reddit.
• Monitor and optimize performance against efficiency metrics.
• Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support creative testing, competitor research and A/B testing.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and creative ideation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on paid social campaign management.
• Proven track record of scaling ad spend while improving CPA, ROI or ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
