Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Nintex is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who can design, build, and maintain reusable infrastructure that streamlines development and operational pipelines. You will work on complex, ambiguous projects, champion best‑practice standards, and mentor fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable infrastructure using Kubernetes and other distributed systems.
• Develop scripts, tools, and utilities that integrate with delivery pipelines and telemetry systems.
• Own long‑term programs or technologies within Nintex’s DevOps ecosystem.
• Respond to production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Promote and support infrastructure patterns and best practices across teams.
• Coach and mentor engineers, and contribute to post‑mortem reviews.

Required profile

• Strong experience with complex system environments (OS, storage, networking).
• Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous projects and deliver results.
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with product teams.
• Comfortable handling production incidents and driving continuous improvement.
