Senior Specialist – Solutions Sales (Enterprise Business Unit)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Solutions Sales is responsible for driving Managed Communication Services (MCS) opportunities within the Enterprise Business Unit. Working closely with Account Managers, the role combines deep technology knowledge with commercial insight to design and close high‑value, complex deals. It also involves regular interaction with senior client leadership to build trust and accelerate sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop MCS opportunities by supporting Enterprise Business Unit Account Managers.
• Own complex deals from conception through to solution design, negotiation and closure.
• Engage C‑suite and senior executives of client organisations to build relationships and influence buying decisions.
• Drive the pipeline for Industry Business Line solutions by understanding customer needs and delivering customised offerings.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle to Key Account Managers.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of technology, commercial viability and sales strategy within the telecom sector.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing, senior‑level sales role, preferably engaging senior leadership.
• Ability to craft tailored solutions and manage high‑value, complex sales processes.
