Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, complex projects for our clients in sectors such as insurance and fintech. The role is based onsite in Johannesburg and will involve managing budgets, forecasts and multiple stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver large‑scale and complex projects on time and within budget.
• Manage financial aspects including budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders and senior executives.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects.
• Experience in industries such as insurance or fintech.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
