About the role
We are looking for a highly professional, organised, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless management of executive schedules, travel, meetings and team engagement while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings and diary commitments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, venues and logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence and executive documentation.
- Arrange local and international travel itineraries.
- Assist with event coordination and executive team functions.
- Track follow‑ups, outstanding actions and departmental requirements.
- Oversee office administration, supplier coordination and onboarding initiatives.
- Prepare reconciliations, purchase requisitions and administrative reports.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Director or Executive‑level leadership.
- Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
