Senior Data Analyst / Lead

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst/Lead will turn complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions across the organisation. Working in a high‑performance innovation hub, you will build scalable reporting solutions, ensure data quality and help embed a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and governance across systems.
• Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and measurable metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements in analytics, reporting and BI processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or related roles.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data‑engineering concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
