About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to join our North West stores during the festive period. In this fast‑paced retail environment you will help create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers while supporting the brand’s sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Monitor personal sales performance against targets.
- Promote a diverse range of merchandise and stay informed on current décor and fashion trends.
- Seek out new sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock to keep the store customer‑ready.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Matric certificate (advantageous).
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- South African citizenship.
- Excellent communication and selling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries.
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work retail hours.
- Immediate availability.
