SAP S/4HANA Retail Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Retail Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of retail‑focused SAP solutions. Based in Cape Town, you will work onsite with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution design for SAP Retail modules, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
• Integrate SAP Retail with SAP SD, MM, Finance, BTP, and BW to support omni‑channel strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimise inventory, improve workflow efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote solution standards across the project portfolio.
• Participate in AI and advanced integration initiatives where applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Retail solutioning, with at least 5 years of S/4HANA implementation in the retail sector.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale SAP projects on‑site.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
