Technical Integrator

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Integrator to lead the design, delivery and handover of integration solutions for our clients in Pretoria. The role focuses on aligning integration work with enterprise architecture standards, managing risks and ensuring smooth cut‑over and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and sign off integration scope, dependencies and technical approach.
• Align solution design with enterprise architecture, security, scalability and performance requirements.
• Identify, track and resolve delivery risks, issues and changes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, cut‑over and go‑live activities to minimise disruption.
• Produce complete handover documentation, runbooks and support models for operational readiness.
• Manage integration workstream planning, milestones, resources and schedules.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment with project managers, architects, technical leads and vendors.
• Oversee quality assurance, test planning and defect resolution.
• Lead technical workshops and cross‑team integration sessions.
• Support troubleshooting during test and deployment phases and arrange training where required.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum NQF Level 6) in Engineering, Information Sciences or related field.
• Proven experience in integration projects, including scope definition, planning and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture standards and non‑functional requirements.
• Ability to manage vendor and partner contributions and ensure compliance with integration approaches.
• Excellent documentation skills for specifications, configurations and runbooks.
