Sales Training Officer – North West

About the role

You’ll deliver engaging, results‑oriented training to field sales agents across North West South Africa, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and effective sales approaches. This role sits at the intersection of sales performance and people development, directly influencing business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions for new agents, covering product knowledge and proven sales approaches.
• Run refresher sessions for existing agents and coach cluster leaders on team coaching.
• Use facilitation methods such as role‑play, digital tools, and scenario‑based learning.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment results, and provide insights to regional managers.
• Prepare and refine training materials, coordinate logistics across multiple sites, and flag content gaps.
• Travel between training sites across the field‑sales geography as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Training & Development or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in sales training, sales support or facilitation.
• Strong communication, organization and self‑management abilities, with the ability to adapt training on the fly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
