About the role
Join Pnet, a leading South African job board within the global StepStone Group, as a Sales Associate focused on Small and Medium‑Business (SMB) clients. You will help businesses transform their hiring process by promoting Pnet’s recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques.
- Prospect, cold‑call, and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking, and upselling opportunities.
- Renew contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting via the CRM system.
- Continuously upskill to improve productivity and results.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales track record.
- Strong cold‑calling and telephone skills.
- Ability to articulate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
