About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Administrator Clerk to support our logistics and freight operations. The role combines customer‑facing sales activities with administrative duties to ensure smooth handling of household goods moves.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and handle sales enquiries and leads.
- Prepare cost estimates and follow up on quotes.
- Generate monthly sales reports and open files for secured moves.
- Book moves on the operations board and attend job visits when required.
- Coordinate with shipping, manage tender requests, and assist with claims administration.
- Process invoicing and other administrative functions.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent telephone communication and strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Valid driver’s licence (minimum code 8).
- Prior sales experience is beneficial.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google web‑based applications.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
