About the role
Accor’s Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead strategic revenue initiatives across its luxury portfolio. You will be responsible for maximizing room revenue, overall profitability, and market share while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and ancillary departments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to drive room revenue and total hotel profitability.
- Execute dynamic pricing based on demand patterns, seasonality, booking pace, and market trends.
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results.
- Lead Total Revenue Management initiatives, partnering with F&B, Spa, and other ancillary services to improve TrevPAR.
- Oversee the Reservations team through the Reservations Manager to ensure high conversion rates and luxury service standards.
Required profile
- Strong analytical expertise and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Leadership experience managing a Reservations team.
