Retail Sales Manager

About the role

Saint-Gobain is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to drive commercial performance across the Inland South region. You will lead a retail sales team, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the delivery of sales targets while promoting the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strong sales management practices aligned with account management principles.
• Direct the retail sales team and personally engage with national retail chains, franchise outlets, and independent merchants.
• Develop and execute regional retail strategies to identify and leverage the most profitable channels.
• Manage CRM usage and the implementation of the E2 system to boost productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with the Sales Policy and own the demand‑planning process, driving KPI achievement.
• Identify new product‑offering opportunities and translate technical concepts into commercial benefits.
• Lead regional teams with performance‑management, feedback, and succession‑planning activities.

Required profile

• Minimum matriculation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
• At least five years of experience in key‑account planning or a comparable industry.
• Minimum three years of management experience.
• Strong customer‑facing experience and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to understand technical concepts and apply them for commercial gain.
• Demonstrated track record in retail account planning and execution.
