Remote Appointment Setter – Entry Level Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing, bootstrapped software company. You will work directly with the CEO to turn warm leads from our Meta ads funnel into qualified sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with warm leads generated through Meta advertising.
• Qualify prospects by assessing needs and fit.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate calendar entries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in our CRM system.
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Early‑stage sales professional eager to learn the art of selling.
• Excellent spoken English with strong phone presence.
• Hungry, coachable, organized and quick to respond.
• Interest in understanding how a bootstrapped software business operates.

Required skills

• CRM usage for lead tracking and appointment scheduling.

What we offer

• Base pay of $500‑$800 per month plus commission (3%‑5%).
• On‑target earnings starting around $2‑3k/month, scaling to $5‑7k/month.
