Regional Account Executive

About the role

Rand Water is seeking a Regional Account Executive to lead the Municipal Customer segment across the region. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients, ensuring they receive optimal water supply operations and adhere to contractual conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Municipal Customer segment’s operations and relationships.
• Assist customers in optimizing their water operations and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with the general water supply conditions contract for both customers and Rand Water.
• Handle technical queries from customers and resolve account settlement issues.
• Prepare and submit invoices, monthly reports and relevant information to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the utilities or municipal sector.
• Strong understanding of water supply contracts and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional portfolio.
