Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate data in the ATS, keeping records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Prepare candidate summaries and present short‑lists to internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
