About the role

Entyce is seeking a commercially astute Procurement Specialist to join its Bryanston‑based team. The role is focused on driving procurement optimisation, supplier performance, and cost‑saving initiatives within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement initiatives aimed at raw‑material spend optimisation and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct detailed procurement analysis, present commercially sound recommendations and track cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead supplier engagement, negotiate service level agreements and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Perform regular procurement audits to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Own procurement processes across the national brands supply chain and develop forward‑thinking strategies.
• Manage daily tactical procurement decisions and proactively identify supply‑chain risks.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, resolve queries and provide commercial guidance.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of FMCG procurement.
• Proactive, high‑ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging suppliers, factories and senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present actionable insights.
