About the role

Join adidas as a permanent part‑time retail associate in Cornubia, supporting daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will help maintain store standards, assist customers, and ensure smooth product flow from stockroom to the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit and checks.
• Assist with product ticketing, stockroom organization and merchandise displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
• Use selling techniques such as add‑on sales and technical product explanations to meet sales targets.
• Participate in in‑store or digital training (Atticus/AREA) to build product knowledge.
• Familiarize yourself with Power BI tools to understand store performance.
