Outbound Referral Advisor – Telesales

About the role

As an Outbound Referral Advisor you will engage prospective customers, promote OUTsurance products and drive sales through phone and email interactions. The role is performance‑driven and offers the chance to develop within a vibrant, fun‑focused insurance company.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call and convert outbound leads into qualified sales while meeting quantity and quality targets.
• Guide customers through product options, answer queries and support purchasing decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Use persuasive techniques to close sales and achieve individual and team objectives.
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to contribute to overall organisational goals.

Required profile

• Matric qualification and successful completion of the FAIS Regulatory Exam.
• Recognised qualification relevant to advice‑giving roles.
• Previous call‑centre or telesales experience, preferably in short‑term insurance.
