Online Cellular Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join Apple iStore’s call centre in Benmore, Sandton as an Online Cellular Sales Consultant. You will engage with customers through our online channels, provide exceptional service, and drive sales of mobile devices and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via online platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns and handling complaints promptly.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by converting online enquiries into sales, managing quotes and recommending additional products.
• Oversee stock allocation, returns and repairs, maintaining accurate real‑time stock records in line with company policies.
• Submit daily compliance documentation, provide information for checks, and mitigate potential fraud or risks.
• Maintain administrative systems, update case statuses, meet reporting deadlines and actively contribute in team meetings.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (required); tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail sales role.
• At least 1 year experience in the cellular industry.
• Strong customer‑experience orientation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, teamwork, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and procedural adherence.
