Onboarding Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing US‑based ABA therapy company. Working remotely on EST hours, you will be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists, guiding them through every step of the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with new therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, identifying pending tasks.
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely progress and update candidate status on a shared board.
• Accurately record and track tasks in the company’s systems, including ClickUp.
• Flag disengaged candidates and apply appropriate protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team when candidates reach the placement stage.
• Manage approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Strong organisational abilities and a task‑oriented work style.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, detail‑driven environment.
