About the role
Techtron is seeking a motivated intern to join its Cape Town team, providing on‑site and workshop IT support. You will work directly with clients and assist the technical team in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site client support and troubleshoot issues.
- Reload laptops and desktops and perform hardware support tasks.
- Install access points and other networking devices.
- Log tickets with vendors for hardware repairs.
- Handle collections and deliveries of equipment.
