About the role

Techtron is seeking a motivated intern to join its Cape Town team, providing on‑site and workshop IT support. You will work directly with clients and assist the technical team in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide on‑site client support and troubleshoot issues.
Reload laptops and desktops and perform hardware support tasks.
Install access points and other networking devices.
Log tickets with vendors for hardware repairs.
Handle collections and deliveries of equipment.
