Mid/Senior Web Developer (Global Grade 12)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑to‑Senior Web Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance, SEO‑optimised web applications that integrate seamlessly with our CRM and data platforms. The role involves translating marketing requirements into technical solutions and ensuring continuous uptime and security of all web assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy responsive front‑end interfaces using React or Next.js.
• Build and maintain full‑stack solutions with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Design, document and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and iPaaS tools such as Make or Workato.
• Create automated data pipelines to synchronise leads and prevent leakage across systems.
• Monitor system performance, apply hot‑fixes, and uphold security standards.
• Produce technical briefs, documentation and regular governance reports for internal teams and external agencies.
• Optimise database structures for fast data retrieval and reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience, preferably in a corporate B2B or industrial environment.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field; postgraduate qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• Strong English proficiency to act as a technical translator between marketing, IT and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
