Marketing Manager – Influencer & Meta Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead influencer‑led campaigns for UK‑based brands. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across Meta platforms and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and campaign performance.
• Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Collaborate with influencer partners to amplify brand messaging.
• Create compelling copy, visuals, and campaign assets.
• Design engaging social‑media and digital marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write, edit, and refine copy for ads, landing pages, and social posts.
• Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging trends, influencer strategies, and digital advertising best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Strong ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Experience creating design assets with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Solid understanding of social media, paid media, and influencer collaborations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Access to a reliable laptop and high‑speed internet connection.
