Marketing Director

About the role

Digital Silk is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Director to elevate brand awareness and drive lead generation for our growing digital agency. This full‑time remote position works on US Eastern Standard Time to support our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and major social media platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
• Create compelling copy for ads, landing pages and email marketing.
• Design and implement content‑marketing tactics to support SEO and brand positioning.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports and present insights to the executive team.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a senior marketing professional, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Professional, proactive work ethic with the ability to meet urgent deadlines.
• Availability to work 8 am – 5 pm EST (including breaks).
• Immediate start preferred.
