Marketing Coordinator – Paid Digital & ABM (UK Hours)

About the role
We are looking for a mid‑level Marketing Coordinator who will own the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns and account‑based marketing (ABM) programmes for our regional teams. Working from our Global Delivery Center in Cape Town, you will bring autonomy, analytical insight and platform expertise to deliver high‑performing campaigns while supporting UK‑hour collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, launch, optimise and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, including audience testing, bid strategy, creative rotation and budget control.
- Execute and continuously improve programmatic display campaigns, monitoring performance trends and making tactical adjustments.
- Lead ABM programmes in 6sense – build advanced segments, analyse intent signals, activate multi‑touch campaigns and evaluate results against pipeline goals.
- Maintain target‑account list quality and hygiene across paid and ABM channels, working with data‑enrichment teams.
- Analyse performance across all channels, surface insights and deliver actionable recommendations to regional stakeholders.
- Conduct pre‑launch QA, identify workflow improvements and uphold best‑practice briefing standards.
- Ensure consistent naming conventions, account hygiene and organisational structure across platforms.
- Mentor junior coordinators, sharing platform knowledge and raising execution quality.
- Build trusted relationships with regional marketing teams, communicate performance clearly and contribute to campaign planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in paid digital execution and ABM.
- Mid‑level professional comfortable taking ownership of complex campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
