Managing Director

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead HG&H Pharmaceuticals’ global commercial strategy. Reporting to the Group Managing Director and Board, you will be responsible for driving international partnerships, licensing, distribution and market expansion across the USA, Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and close high‑value licensing, supply, distribution and co‑development agreements.
• Build and manage a robust international commercial pipeline and define pricing, margin and value‑capture strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and develop new strategic alliances.
• Define long‑term strategy with the Board, identify growth opportunities and drive market entry in key regions.
• Full P&L accountability, budgeting, resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Align R&D activities with commercial priorities and oversee regulatory strategy across markets.
• Protect and grow the IP portfolio and represent the company at board level and industry forums.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years in international commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex B2B agreements.
• Experience scaling businesses across multiple international markets.
• Background in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech or nutraceuticals.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L management experience.
