Business Development & Sales Manager

About the role

Respocare is seeking a full‑time Business Development & Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives from its Bryanston office. You will shape and execute strategies that grow the business, nurture client relationships, and uncover new market opportunities within the home‑care oxygen therapy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and new customer segments.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and analyse market trends.
• Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales efforts with product and service delivery.
• Proactively address client needs while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales strategy and account management.
• Strong background in market research, competitive analysis and identifying emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and preparing effective sales plans.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
