About the role
We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our team in Sandton. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a polished and efficient front‑desk service within a legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls, greet clients, and manage visitor registration.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for legal staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including legal documents.
- Utilise office software and, where applicable, Ghost Practice to update client records and case files.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a receptionist or administrator in a professional setting.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and strong organisational skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Ghost Practice software (preferred).
