About the role

The L&D Accredited Training Administrator provides essential administrative support to the People function portfolio, ensuring that all learning and development activities are accurately recorded, traceable, and efficiently managed.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate, timely administrative data for the People function portfolio.
  • Conduct checks and manage document filing systems to guarantee that all People activities are properly documented and easily retrievable.
  • Provide additional ad‑hoc support services as required, assisting the function with varied tasks to maintain smooth operations.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate record‑keeping.
  • Organisational ability to handle document management and filing responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to undertake ad‑hoc tasks and support the People function as needs arise.
