Junior Marketing Operations Co-ordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Operations Co-ordinator to support the day‑to‑day activities of our Marketing team and act as the main point of contact for client requests. This position is ideal for candidates with a design background who want to move into a marketing operations or coordination role.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the Marketing team and clients, ensuring clear communication of needs.
• Handle client requests, arrange quotes, coordinate deliveries and manage purchase orders.
• Process payment paperwork accurately and work with the finance department as required.
• Assist in planning and executing event logistics, scheduling and on‑site coordination.
• Support the design team with overflow work and project coordination to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline marketing processes.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational workflows.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of design principles or a design background is a plus.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in marketing operations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
