Junior Business Controller

About the role

Clover is seeking a detail‑oriented and results‑driven Junior Business Controller to join its Finance department. This position offers a fast‑paced, supportive environment where a finance professional can develop analytical expertise and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units in preparing business cases for Executive Committee (EXCO) approval.
• Assist in the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting of new initiatives.
• Track and report on the financial performance of implemented projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and variance analysis.
• Prepare regular financial dashboards and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
