IT Support Technician (Junior/Mid-Level) - Cape Town

About the Position

Join a dynamic IT company based in Cape Town as an IT Support Technician. This role offers a unique blend of remote troubleshooting and hands-on field intervention, providing a diverse and engaging work environment for a proactive professional.

Main Missions

• Provide high-quality IT technical support both remotely and on-site at client locations.
• Manage hardware logistics, including the collection and delivery of IT stock.
• Perform essential weekly on-site visits to manage and rotate backup drives.
• Ensure client satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and professional service delivery.
• Maintain regular technical presence at our Durbanville office when required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) completed, supplemented by a relevant tertiary qualification.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in field-based IT support.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for client visits.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• South African citizenship is required for this position.
