Intranet Platform Owner & Internal Communications Lead

About the role

We are looking for an organized, process‑driven professional to lead the rollout and ongoing operation of our new corporate intranet, MyHub. The role starts as a project lead responsible for configuration, information architecture and workflow automation, then transitions to platform owner, driving employee engagement and world‑class internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the intranet’s navigation, document structures and file directories.
• Configure role‑based permissions, department pages and data security settings.
• Audit manual processes and convert them into digital, automated forms and approval workflows using MyHub’s form builder.
• Plan and execute the internal launch campaign, including user guides and walkthrough videos.
• Own the internal communications calendar, drafting and publishing news, announcements and executive blogs.
• Manage social activity feeds, peer‑to‑peer recognition programs and employee polls.
• Govern content by ensuring department pages stay current and archiving outdated material.
• Track monthly metrics (MAU, search queries, form completion rates) and optimise the user experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in corporate communications, digital workplace or content project management.
• Mid‑level experience with remote, shift‑based work (overlap with US teams).
• Ability to collaborate closely with an in‑house graphic designer.

Required skills

• Experience administering cloud‑based CMS/intranet platforms such as MyHub, Jostle, Workvivo, ThoughtFarmer or Huler.
