Internal Legal Counsel

About the role

HyperionDev is seeking a full‑time Internal Legal Counsel to join its People Operations Department within the Wellness division. You will ensure that the company’s policies and practices are legally sound and act as the primary legal representative for a range of internal and external matters.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and manage a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Draft and review employment and contractor agreements.
• Draft and review third‑party contracts, service agreements, leases and supplier agreements.
• Negotiate terms and liaise with business clients, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Handle settlement of legal disputes and support litigation preparation for courts, tribunals or ombudsmen.

Required profile

• Strong legal knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time‑ and task‑management abilities.
• High motivation, ambition and the ability to work independently.
