Internal IT Support

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Hillcrest, KwaZulu‑Natal. You will join Business Driven Network Services as an Internal IT Support professional, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end‑users.
• Perform regular system maintenance, device setup, and software installations/updates.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and track issue resolution.
• Support end‑users with technical challenges and provide timely assistance.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and company standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with system maintenance, device configuration, and software deployment.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage and document IT issues efficiently.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft365, CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar ICT role is advantageous.
