Intermediate Integrations Engineer

About the role

As an Intermediate Integrations Engineer you will design, develop and implement technical solutions that enable Vista’s core software suite to connect with payment platforms, ERP systems, third‑party promotions and regional compliance requirements. You will work in an agile, hybrid environment based in Cape Town, collaborating with analysis, quality, delivery and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality integration solutions for payment, ERP and promotional systems.
• Maintain and improve engineering standards across the team.
• Participate in design and white‑boarding sessions with peers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical delivery with product roadmap.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for integration issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably focused on integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated humility, emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
• Legal right to work in South Africa without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• C# programming.
• SQL database development and querying.
