Installations Manager – Western Cape

About the role

The Installations Manager will lead a multi‑disciplinary installation team in the Western Cape, ensuring projects are delivered with high accuracy, quality and safety. The role requires strong stakeholder management, technical expertise and a focus on providing a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of installations, including materials, site access and equipment.
• Ensuring safety compliance and supervising teams to work safely according to legislation and site requirements.
• Maintaining high quality standards in line with OEM recommendations and South African building regulations.
• Coordinating communication with clients, builders and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with minimal disruption.
• Managing performance metrics such as on‑time completion, premium quality standards and minimising breakages.
• Overseeing equipment, vehicle and consumable control, and handling daily reporting and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing installation technicians, fitters or artisans in the construction sector.
• Proven ability to work with builders, architects, project managers, interior designers and homeowners.
• Experience in installation services for the construction industry, preferably in fenestration, aluminium or glass.
• Matric (Grade 12) qualification; a technical qualification is an advantage.
