Influencer Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and execute end‑to‑end influencer programs for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands across health, beauty, fashion, and consumer goods. This fully remote, full‑time position requires you to build creator pipelines, manage campaigns, and drive measurable results with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and recruit influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on brand fit, audience quality, and engagement.
• Handle cold outreach, follow‑up, and relationship management via email, Slack, Discord, and direct messages.
• Coordinate gifting and product seeding, including address collection, order placement, and shipment tracking.
• Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and support affiliate programs using Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy.
• Oversee UGC campaigns, collect content rights, and ensure creators meet deadlines.
• Negotiate compensation and gifting packages.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets, pipeline trackers, and performance reports (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Provide light community management (comments, DMs) as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a closely related digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, and Amazon.
• Proficiency with influencer/affiliate tools like Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy.
• Strong written communication and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to flag issues early and work independently.
