Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support Revlon’s Supply Chain and Commercial teams from our Isando office. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager, you will drive people initiatives across learning, talent development, compliance and everyday HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial functions to deliver HR services and guidance.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice to line managers and employees.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, record keeping and recruitment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with SETA requirements, graduate programme delivery and statutory reporting obligations.
• Support employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism and performance issues.
• Contribute to transformation projects, including BBBEE and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in HR generalist functions supporting business units.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation, SETA compliance and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with BBBEE and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage onboarding, off‑boarding and employee records.
