About the role

This fixed‑term position supports the Human Resources team by maintaining accurate employee records and handling a range of HR documentation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and can provide reliable assistance on benefits and personnel queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, update, and archive employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and amend HR documents such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Assist HR staff with routine administrative tasks and more complex personnel matters.
  • Respond to staff queries regarding benefits, including pension, housing, medical aid, leave, and other entitlements.
  • Document manpower planning data and generate related statistics.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with employees and HR colleagues.
  • Experience in HR administration or a related field is preferred.
