About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our front‑desk team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist and direct guests in a courteous manner.
  • Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs and payment processing.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails and reservation inquiries promptly.
  • Record and file all correspondence accurately.
  • Guarantee bookings and apply appropriate no‑show or late‑cancellation charges.
  • Review and fulfill special guest requests.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

  • Experience in face‑to‑face and phone customer relations.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Strong customer service skills across multiple channels.
  • Desirable experience in hospitality, reception or similar admin roles.
  • Cash handling experience is a plus.
