About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our front‑desk team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, assist and direct guests in a courteous manner.
- Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs and payment processing.
- Handle telephone calls, emails and reservation inquiries promptly.
- Record and file all correspondence accurately.
- Guarantee bookings and apply appropriate no‑show or late‑cancellation charges.
- Review and fulfill special guest requests.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.
Required profile
- Experience in face‑to‑face and phone customer relations.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Strong customer service skills across multiple channels.
- Desirable experience in hospitality, reception or similar admin roles.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
